"Kronos" (1957) is considered a classic of B sci-fi of the 50's. Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea represented a critical milestone in the career, both as a cathode film, director-producer Irwin Allen, to be a considerable box office success and thus open the doors of the television medium in which they were erected in the great salutary fantasy of the decade. synopsis

"Came from Beneath the Sea" is important, first, because it meant the union of special effects guru, Ray Harryhausen with producer Charles H. Schnner. A partnership that will last twenty-six films that changed the genre forever. The decade of the 30 is considered the golden age of horror.
