effort and what-is

The effort is a departure from what-is. As I agree-that-is, no longer have effort.

Any form of struggle or conflict is indicative of diversion. And the distraction so the effort is, has to exist while I, psychologically, you want to transform what-is something that is not.

Consider, for example, anger. Can anger be overcome through effort, or by using different methods and techniques, or meditation, or through various ways of transforming what-what-is-no-is?

Now suppose that instead of striving to transform the anger in the absence of anger, agree to be angry. What would happen then? You would be aware of being angry. What would happen? Do you abandon the anger? Are you aware of being angry, which is what-is-and you realized the stupidity by making it what-what-is-no-is, would you still angry? If instead of trying to defeat, modify or anger, accepted and referred, if you were fully aware of it without condemning or justifying, instantly arise a change ...

So the effort is lack of attention ... and, therefore, attention is lack of effort. J.
